[sylpheed:31993] Restoring Sylpheed

My computer froze, and though I used the computer's start button to power down on restart Sylpheed is not recognizing my email accounts, newsgroups, address books and general application settings, although the files seem to be present in Docs & Settings (XP).  How do I go about getting Sylpheed to recognize these again?  Thanks.
