[sylpheed:32221] [PATCH] mark all read on button2 click

Hi,

some time ago I suggested in
[sylpheed:32024] [suggestion] mark read on middle mouse click [1]
that sylpheed should mark all messages in a folder as read, when I
click with the 2nd button (middle one) on it.

Noone replied on the list, but I got one private notice that might be a
good idea.
Today I hacked a patch, which makes my sylpheed behave as I want. Maybe
someone is interested, so I post it here. Comments welcome :)
