[sylpheed:31680] Deleting duplicate messages without MsgID

Hi List, 

I've noticed another small problem with deleting duplicate messages. If
a message doesn't have any MsgID which occurs at mails sent by 
broken MUA like Outlook, Sylpheed doesn't recognise that the messages
are equal. Is there any chance to change this behavior, maybe by
checking MD5 of messages or something like that?
