Attached patch is related to mime.types , it adds patch files to
text/plain group. Otherwise, when you attach a patchfile to a mail, the
default mimetype is application/octet-stream, and is very frequent that
a mailman server remove the attachment from your mail (obviuosly if you
send it to a ml).
