[sylpheed:31919] "key bindings" are pgp keys or keyboard keys ?

In Configuration -> Common Preferences... -> Details tab, there is a
button that says "Set key binding".

What is "key binding" ? Until now I was thinking (and have translated
accordingly) that this is somehow related to the pgp keys ring, but now
it appears that this is in fact related to the keyboard keys
(shortcuts ? or what ?).

So what is "key binding" here ?
