[sylpheed:31010] Launching external viewers for single part mails

If HTML mail comes as a multipart message, then I can easily go to the
attachments tab and view it in a separarte browser if I chose.  If the
mail comes as just text/HTML, then I can't see an easy way to do this.  

Is there a way to launch a browser to view a single part HTML mail?  If
not, then would it be possible to treat a single part message that
wasn't of type text/plain as though it were multipart, but with just
one part, thereby showing the attachment tab?

I guess this could be useful for other types that may arrive in a
single part mail too.
