Sylpheed full-text search application 0.3.0 (alpha) has been made
public.

Changes from 0.2.0:

    * syldbimport: The option not to delete nonexistent messages was
      added.
    * syldbimport: Multi-byte strings in the arguments are now handled
      correctly.
    * Win32: SQL scripts are included.
