I think you're right. Sometimes i've a prob with SSL cert from my email
provider: SSL dialog appears, asking me what it have to do with new
cert, but if Sylpheed's main window isn't focused i can't click on SSL
dialog.

PS: to solve this prob, everytime i install a new release of Sylpheed,
i replace manually certs.crt with a my "working" copy.
