[sylpheed:31591] feature request: supress send dialog

Hello,

I think it would be useful to have a way of supressing the send dialog,
in the same fashion as the receive dialog.  As there isn't automatic
sending, perhaps allowing the user to choose whether or not to display
the dialog when she presses the Send button, and also for the trayicon
menu.  Or, at least and if possible, that the sending dialog doesn't
steal focus.
