Upgrading from 2.3.0, to make this work Sylpheed needed to be
restarted.  But then after resetting my ~/.sylpheed-2.0 from a backup,
then switching the option back on, it didn't need to be restarted, so
this restart problem isn't easily reproducable, sorry...
