[sylpheed:30792] feature request - always use address book names

Hi,

There's an exchange server that rewrites everybody's names from

Forename Surname

to

"Surname, Forename"

and when replying to one of these emails, people's names are still
backwards, so I'd like Sylpheed to fix them.  It could check if the
email address is in its address book, and if so insert that entry into
the To:/Cc: field instead of the string that was in the original email.
