[sylpheed:30724] printing questions

Hi

I have some questions about the print dialogue in 2.3.0:

1. My settings in the "Page Setup" part of the print dialogue (such as
"Pages per sheet" or "only print") seem to have no effect. Does this
happen to anybody else?

2. To get a preview of the printout, Sylpheed asks for evince. Is it
possible to set this to another ps/pdf viewer?

3. If I do a preview and then close the preview window, the print
dialogue is also gone. Can this behaviour be changed?
