Reimplemented and commited to svn trunk :)

In Common prefs - Details - Interface, the option "Toggle window on
trayicon click" was added. This will be enabled by default on Unix-like
OS, and disabled by default on Windows to follow the specification.

The implementation was improved a bit compared to the previous one. It
will work correctly even if the window is obscured by always-on-top
windows.
