[sylpheed:30675] if right clicked, the tray icon wants an action by all means (win32)

If I right-click the tray icon and then I change my mind, the raised
popup menu still remains there, waiting for an action. In order to get
rid of it, I *have* to select something there.

Usually, a tray menu disapear if I click arbitrary on an empty area on
desktop, but this is not the case for Sylpheed.
Maybe it can be fixed ?
