[sylpheed:30938] UNIX domain sockets && non-UNIX OSes

Hello,

Looking at the sources, specifically src/main.c, shouldn't code that uses UNIX
domain sockets be #ifdef'ed, to avoid inclusion in non-UNIX OSes, like
windows?  Or does windows offer a compatible service?

Just for curiosity sake.  :)

Ps: open main.c, search for lines containing lock_socket or lock_socket_tag
variables, which are related to UNIX domain sockets.
