[sylpheed:30902] a possible inconsequence for Alt_F+S shortcut in composing window (english interface)

A Sylpheed user has notified me about what he called an inconsequence
with other editors on Linux, when composing a message.
He gave GVim as example: Alt_F+S should save the file, not send the
message (the "Save and keep editing" menu position), same as Ctrl+S
function.

He asked me to discuss this problem here ...
