Hi,

Threading isn't determined by the subject.  There is a header called
"In Reply To".  The message identified there is the previous message in
a thread.

You can see all the headers by hitting ctrl-H or using the menu View ->
All headers.  You also need to set View -> Thread View on to see
threading.
