It appears Sylpheed (tested with 2.2.7 and 2.2.9) doesn't recognise an
encrypted email when the ascii armored cyphertext is inline, and not
specified in the 'Content-Type' field. Example email that is not
decrypted (sensitive/private parts of header/body have been removed):

MIME-Version: 1.0
X-Enigmail-Version: 0.94.0.0

Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
X-Spam-Status: No, hits=0.7 tagged_above=-999.0 required=3.3 tests=AWL,

X-Spam-Level:

-----BEGIN PGP MESSAGE-----
Charset: ISO-8859-1
Version: GnuPG v1.4.2.2 (GNU/Linux)
Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org

-----END PGP MESSAGE-----
###

The body contained nothing but the ascii armored cyphertext.
I'm not sure how other email clients solve this problem, but they
probably scan every message body for the 'BEGIN PGP MESSAGE' line..
Perhaps it's a good idea to have a button (or menu option) for
decrypting messages in these cases.

Fedde
