You could either:
import your OE addresses into Thunderbird, export them as an LDIF file
and import them into Sylpheed

or:
export your addresses from OE as a .wab file, convert this to an LDIF
file using libwab (http://lilith.tec-man.com/libwab/) and then import
it into Sylpheed.
