I know there are many demands for IMAP filtering, but I haven't
implemented it because 1) I haven't come up with an efficient
implementation yet, 2) I haven't been provided a patch for this feature
yet, and 3) I don't heavily use IMAP now. Of course I might accept a
patch for the feature once I get it.
