Don't know if this was previously present (I think it was).

- configure Sylpheed to minimize to system tray
- minimize it
- try to start the program again (double click on it or shoetcut)
- the main window shows ok, but the program is not listed in programs
task bar, it will only list there after clicking the system tray icon

Win32 here ...
