[sylpheed:30465] [BUG] standard mail signature broke

Hello,

I noticed a bug in the way e-mails are usually signed (i'm not talking about PGP signature).

The convention for such signing is to use "-- " as a separator between the body, and the signature. Sylpheed comes with this default, as a big majority of e-mail clients.

However, since svn revision 114:
"compose.c: removed extra spaces between the next line when joining."
Sylpheed removes spaces before endline, and so the separator will become "--"

That will break for example Mutt parsing of signatures.
