That's what I tried ('Affichage' menu in french), but I thought that iso-8859-something was a more appropriate setting according to the Content-type header.

I guess it's hard for Sylpheed to work properly when headers send wrong information...

Thanks anyway, with Win 1252, charset the character is displayed correctly.
