[sylpheed:30440] display refresh issue with Microsoft Intellipoint 6.02 driver software

After installing the Microsoft Intellipoint 6.02 driver software on my
system, Sylpheed's interface blinks randomly, something that looks like
annoying viewport refresh. It appears to be realted with the mouse
movement over its windows.
As far as I can tell, Sylpheed is the only one application that behaves
like this.
After uninstalling the mouse driver and reinstalling version 5.53 (i.e.
previous version), the annoying refresh disappeared.

Right now I don't mind to use the older driver version, however, the
newest driver has a useful preview feature for all open sessions, which
might be useful someday.

Just in case someone else complains too ...
