[sylpheed:30434] LibSylph 1.0.0beta1 released

Hello,

LibSylph 1.0.0beta1, which is the Sylpheed core library, has been made
public.

Currently the writing of documents are in progress.
1.0.0 release is scheduled within this month (if possible).

Changes:

    * The reference manuals were added (currently Japanese only).
    * The sample codes were added.
    * The new APIs were added to prefs_common, account, and folder.
    * Several bugs were fixed.
    * Unrequired part of the message catalogs were removed to reduce
      the archive size.
