Cristian,

Normally it takes around 100 messages (100 each spam and good messages)
to get the bogofilter to start filtering right.

What I did was, before enabling bogofilter, to put all spam messages into
a temporary directory (folder), till I had over 100 of them. Then I ran
bogofilter manually on all of them, telling they were 'bad'. I also ran
bofofilter on 100's of good messages telling they were ok.

I found this method is easier than doing it message by message.
