Well I'm not, but before starting with Sylpheed I was using a utility
called Optool, which had focus retention as an option within one's
Windows-based email client. I don't know if its programming is relevant,
but in case it is the developer is Martin Larsen,
martinlarsen_at_bigfoot.com (or optool_at_kreacom.dk).
