Hello,

Sylpheed 2.3.0beta4 (development) has been released.

The serious problem of resource leak was fixed in Win32 version. Please
be sure to upgrade if you are using 2.3.0beta1-3.

The resource leak of the tray icon still exists, but I'm waiting for
GTK+ to be fixed.

Changes:

    * POP before SMTP was implemented.
    * Win32: The e-mail menu in the start menu now works when Sylpheed
      is selected as a default mailer.
    * WIn32: The character corruption on printing when
      environment-dependent Japanese characters are used was fixed.
    * Win32: The GDI resource leaks of GtkTreeView in XP classic theme
      and Windows 2000 which had introduced eventual application crash
      was fixed.
