[pgpool-hackers: 3845] Remove documentation "8.2. Watchdog Configuration Example"

Hi All,

I have removed "8.2. Watchdog Configuration Example" from Pgpoo-II 4.2 documentation,
because the watchdog configuration is included in other example
"Pgpool-II + Watchdog Setup Example". 

Another reason is that more than 2 watchdog nodes is recommended.

Pgpool-II 4.2 or later, please see "Pgpool-II + Watchdog Setup Example" 
for more watchdog configurations.
