[pgpool-hackers: 2702] Prior notice: minor releases

Hi Pgpool-II users,

We decided to make next minor releases on Tuesday, February 13 (Japan
time).

Planned minor releases are 3.7.2, 3.6.9, 3.5.13, 3.4.16 and 3.3.20.

3.5.13 to 3.7.2 will include critical bug fixes including:
