[pgpool-general: 9082] Pgpool-II bug tracking system moves from Mantis to Github Issues

We are pleased to announce that the bug tracking system has moved
from Mantis to Github Issues.

Now you can open an Issue on GitHub from here:

    https://github.com/pgpool/pgpool2/issues

For bugs reported before March 8, 2024, please refer to 
https://www.pgpool.net/mantisbt (the old bug tracking system). 
New bug reports will not be accepted there. 
Please use GitHub Issue instead.
