[pgpool-general: 7158] Fix some typos.

Hi,

I noticed some spelling errors in the comments while reading the code.

Such as:
	src/config/pool_config_variables.c  #164      vslues   <-->   values
	src/context/pool_session_context.c  #255     neccessary   <-->   necessary 
	......

These spelling errors have no effect on the function, but to make the code more complete, I made patches anyway
