Hallo.

I checked with another situation, when whole server goes down and is 
wirking OK, so problem is only if server was disconnected by interface down.
I report bug related to this problem, withe the newest version of Pgpool 
from V3_5_STABLE branch: http://www.pgpool.net/mantisbt/view.php?id=250
