[pgpool-general: 4523] Both pgpools had the Virtual IP

Hi all,

I had a strange case where both my pgpool machines had the virtual IP.  I stopped both instances and restarted them and only one got the virtual IP address.
What might have cause this problem?  How can it be prevented and what might be the implications of such as situation.
