pgpool-ha 2.2 released

Version 2.2 of pgpool-ha,  the OCF resource agent script for pgpool-II on
HA cluster management softwares such as Pacemaker, has been released
and is publicly available for download.

This version fixes bugs following:

  * fix metadata for pcs command's xml parser.
     This causes "Unable to parse xml" error at "pcs resource describe"
     command of Pacemaker 1.1.x

  * add wait loop to start action function.
     This causes an inappropriate failure of monitoring action.
