[pgpool-general: 964] Incomplete startup packet message in the logs

Hi,

I have setup one Master and one Slave (PG9.1) in streaming replication with pgpool-II 3.1 in between. Sometimes, I see the following messages in the Slave node log:


....

LOG:  incomplete startup packet
LOG:  connection failed during start up processing: user= database=
....

What does it mean? and How can I fix it?
