[pgpool-general: 1093] Error:Pgpool For Mulitple server setting

Hi guys,

I need help with my pgpool-II setup.
When running the pgpool-II from the webserver , I could see these error
when clicking the error.

couldn't open /usr/local/etc/pool_passwd. reason: Permission denied

started. version 3.2.0 (namameboshi)

check_replication_time_lag: SELECT pg_last_xlog_replay_location() returns
no data

node id is 0
2012-10-25 08:45:48     ERROR:     pid 25189:
check_replication_time_lag: SELECT pg_last_xlog_replay_location() returns
no data
2012-10-25 08:45:58     ERROR:     pid 25189:
check_replication_time_lag: SELECT pg_last_xlog_replay_location() returns
no data

Can anyone explain what exactly these error are?
