[pgpool-general: 432] Load balacing isn't working (skipping slot because backend_status = 1)

Hi,
firstly thanks for the amazing software.

I've configured a 4 servers balancing system and I'm going to test the 
balancing but it's not working because the queries are executed only on 
the first server.
This is the log:

because backend_status = 1

because backend_status = 1

Somebody can offer an advice?
