I, too, have 3.0.2 and bogofilter works fine, even though 'Select
preset' is visible in the pull-down menu.
Of course, bogofilter will work better after you 'teach' it to recognize
junk mail.
Message > Set as junk mail (Ctrl+J) or
Message > Set as not junk mail (Shift+Ctrl+J)
