I have the same problem here. 

GPG is installed in the correct path and the Regkey is set correct to.

C:\>"C:\Program Files/GNU/GnuPG/GPG.exe" --version
gpg (GnuPG) 1.4.9 (Gpg4win 1.1.4)

Cipher: IDEA, 3DES, CAST5, BLOWFISH, AES, AES192, AES256, TWOFISH
Hash: MD5, SHA1, RIPEMD160, SHA256, SHA384, SHA512, SHA224
Compression: Uncompressed, ZIP, ZLIB, BZIP2


I tried different GPG-Versions without any luck :(
