[sylpheed:32246] [PATCH] .desktop file problems

Hi,

I just noticed when checking Sylpheed's .desktop file with the
desktop-file-validate command, the following warnings are shown:

sylpheed.desktop: warning: key "Encoding" in group "Desktop Entry" is
deprecated
sylpheed.desktop: warning: value "sylpheed.png" for key "Icon" in group
"Desktop Entry" is an icon name with an extension, but there should be
no extension as described in the Icon Theme Specification if the value
is not an absolute path

Attached is a small patch to fix the warnings and to add a German
translation of the Comment key

And to make use of the .desktop and of the included Icon key, I
modified the file Makefile.am so that it installs the .desktop as well
as the 64x64px icon of Sylpheed.
With this change, a menu item for Sylpheed will appear in the desktop
menu of desktops compliant to the freedesktop.org standards.
