Using version 2.4.4. on Win 32

Hi,

Can anyone provide link or instructions on using the Junk Mail Controls under Configuration|Common Preferences|Junk mail ?
Specifically bsfilterw -su ; bsfilterw -cu and bsfilterw; OR bogofilter -s -I, bogofilter -n -I and bogofilter -I.

Again, I am on Windows XP so totally not familiar with what options to choose, how to use, etc.
