Hiro,
  Is integrating Create Filter Rule with the existing Filter Setting
box on the To-Do list?  Right now, I don't use the former because I
find a combined list of filters to be more practical than having a long
list of single ones.  Having the option where the user could put a
Create rule into an existing filter on the fly would be very neat.
