[pgpool-hackers: 2482] Change default master/slave sub mode

Hi,

For upcoming Pgpool-II 3.7, I would like to propose to change the
default master/slave sub mode to "stream", instead of current
"slony". Apparently users prefer streaming replication, rather than
Slony nowadays.

If there's no objection, I will commit/push the changes.
