[pgpool-hackers: 1882] Unused option -c left in pgpool

Today I found that -c option, which is advertised when pgpool -h used,
is no longer used. -c was originally used to clear on disk query cache
which had been removed in 3.2. It seems someone forgot to remove it
while removing the on disk cache code. I'm going to remove -c.
