[pgpool-hackers: 1903] Debug mode in Pgpool-II 3.6

Hi,

I found out that debug_mode option is not included in pool_config_variables.c
or any documents. However, this is in pgpool.conf.sample, pool_config.c, and
main.c.

Does Pgpool-II 3.6 discard the debug_mode option or still have it?

If this is discarded, I'll remove it from codes, and add a description
about pgpool-II start options (which is missing) into SGML without -d
option.
