[pgpool-hackers: 1245] Mistakes in English document

Hi, hackers,
    I've found some small mistakes in English document. Please do a verify
and fix them.
    They are:

In sentence "its password and aother parameters", the "aother" should be
"another"

Guide item at beginning:
<a href="#internal">internal</a></li>
should be removed.

In sentence "The pass word to access pcp server", the "pass word" maybe
should be "password" and it appeared for may times.

Maybe description of pcp_node_node_count was wrong
