[pgpool-hackers: 632] 3.4 testing

Hi,

I have tested basic behavior of:

client_idle_limit
connection_life_time
child_max_connections
child_life_time

With the master head, all seem good except a small issue
"[pgpool-hackers: 631] child_max_connections in rc1".
