[pgpool-hackers: 615] Upcoming release of 3.4

Hi Usama,

We have agreed that we will have beta1 on Oct 17th and by the end of
October we will have official release. We already accomplished beta1
and I wonder next. What I have in my mind is:

Friday Oct 24: beta2
Wednesday Oct 29: RC1
Friday Oct 31: official release of pgpool-II 3.4.0

What do you think?
