[pgpool-hackers: 466] pgpool-II minor version updates to be released

Hi pgpool hackers,

Now that we have enough fixes for pgpool-II stable trees, we are going to
release pgpool-II minor version updates, namely: 3.3.3, 3.2.8. 3.1.11, and
3.0.15, on March 24th, 2014.
